1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a strict 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

• Products that have been used or altered.
• Consumable spare parts that have been opened.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment via PayHere within 7-14 business days.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process. Please contact us immediately at sales@machinetech.lk if you wish to cancel an order.
